Our 30-day return policy

If you are not satisfied with a product from Kitchuno Store, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving it. Eligible returns do not incur a return shipping fee for you.

Return and refund steps

  1. Request a return. Contact us within 30 days of delivery using the details below.
  2. Receive return instructions. We will reply with instructions for sending the product back at no cost to you. Please wait for these instructions before shipping anything.
  3. Receive your refund. After we receive and check the returned product, we will let you know and refund your original payment method.

A return request is not a refund, and return instructions are not a refund. The refund is issued after the returned product has been received and checked.

Eligibility

  • The return must be requested within 30 days after the product was delivered to you.
  • Products should be returned unused or in like-new condition, with original packaging and any included parts or accessories where possible. Normal handling to see how a product works is fine.
  • Products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, or items missing from your order, are covered as described below.

If we are unable to approve a return, for example because it was requested after the 30-day window, we will tell you the reason.

What to include in your request

  • Your order number and the name and email used for the order
  • The product(s) you want to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos, if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if something is missing

Return shipping costs

You do not pay return shipping fees for eligible returns. We charge no restocking fee. Our instructions will explain how to send the product back at no cost to you.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or something is missing, contact us as soon as you can, with photos if possible. We will work with you on a resolution, which may include a refund. You will not be asked to pay return shipping.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
  • Because shipping is free, there is no shipping fee to refund.
  • After we issue a refund, the time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider or bank.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
